Return and Shipping Policy

RETURN POLICY

We hope that your Sunshine State® purchase fits perfectly and is exactly what you wanted, but if not just send it back to us. We want you to be happy! Return unworn merchandise within 30 days from your order date. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) plus applicable sales tax minus the cost of shipping.

GUIDELINES: 
• Products must be unworn, unwashed & unaltered
• Products must be free of all stains, including any makeup marks.
• SALE ITEMS are FINAL and can’t be returned or exchanged. 
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

*Gift cards are NOT refundable!

Exchanges: In addition to the above guidelines, MUST include $5 in your return package to cover the cost of shipping new item(s) back out to you and include which item(s) you would like in return (has to be equal value to original purchase).

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped with USPS and are subject to their delivery procedures and timelines.  Any issues with lost/stolen mail can be directed to USPS.

Sunshine State is not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages.  Please make sure to add an email address and/or SMS for USPS tracking information, and that your Shipping address including Apt. # and Zip code are correct before placing order.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, your order will be canceled and refunded (minus the cost of shipping since we paid to ship the package).  You will receive email confirmation of this if you have an email on file with your order.

Please understand we're a small business so these are expenses that add up for us when asked to resend packages.  

Sunshine State offers free domestic shipping on orders over $99. Variable rate shipping is offered for orders under $99. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
