Return and Shipping Policy
RETURN POLICY
We hope that your Sunshine State® purchase fits perfectly and is exactly what you wanted, but if not just send it back to us. We want you to be happy! Return unworn merchandise within 30 days from your order date. We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. The credit you receive will be for the original purchase amount of the product(s) plus applicable sales tax.
We have just a few guidelines concerning our returns:
• Products must be unworn, unwashed & unaltered
• Products must be free of all stains, including any makeup marks.
• The sales of jewelry items, sunglasses, candles and sale merchandise are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
• All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date.
If your return does not meet the above guidelines but you still send it back we will not issue a store credit and we will not ship your items back to you until you place a new order.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING POLICY
Sunshine State offers free domestic shipping on orders over $75. Variable rate shipping is offered for orders under $75. International shipping is available to select countries. If your country is not listed, please email us so we can ensure you are able to ship to your preferred country.
Sunshine State ships items via USPS within 2 business days of your order unless otherwise noted. We try to ship the same business day if ordered before 2pm ET.
